Furnished Apartment and introduction options:

 

Option No 1:
- 1st class apartment with up to 2 introductions per day.
 
- Includes a female translator during each introduction.
Rates:
- 1 to 6 nights $ 300.000 pesos per night - about U.S.D. $ 150.oo
 
- 1 to 2 weeks $ 1'800.000 pesos per week - about U.S.D. $ 900.oo
 
  • All reservation require 600.000 pesos deposit about U.S.D. $300.oo.

Note:

After you have made your $300 reservation deposit you can select several ladies you would like to meet. Send us your photo and a brief description of your self. Then 10 days before your arrival we will contact the ladies and send them your information. We will then let you know which ladies are anxious to meet you.

Your introductions will only be with those ladies that have been pre-qualified for you, thus maximizing your time.

Although we feel that meeting a lady in person for the first 2 minutes is more beneficial than 100 e-mails - we will provide you her e-mail adress and provide free translations for you and her prior to your arrival

 

Option No 2:
- 1st class apartment only (no introductions)
Rates:
- 1 to 6 nights $ 150.000 pesos per night - about U.S.D. $ 75.oo
 
- 1 to 3 weeks $ 900.000 pesos per week - about U.S.D. $ 450.oo
 
- 1 month $ 3'200.000 pesos per month - about U.S.D. $ 1.600.oo

- First 4 introductions (our minimun) - $ 600.000 pesos - about U.S.D $ 300.oo
 
- Each additional introduction - $ 100.000 pesos - about U.S.D $ 50.oo

Benefits of our apartments over a quality hotel:

  • You can bring guests to your apartment without the requirement that they leave their I.D. and register as a guest and you being charged a double for the night.
  • Manizales is a small city and ladies here feel uncomfortable checking into a hotel to be with you, but see going to your apartment as appropriate.
  • Our apartments have a washer and dryer.
  • Our apartments have a full kitchen.
  • Our apartments have a private high speed internet service.
  • Our apartments have a computer and printer.
  • Our computers have a translation program which allows you and your date to set side by side and chat - a great way to get know each other.
